My name is Maciej. As a design engineer and CNC programmer, I develop proprietary, end-to-end technological processes—from cutting-edge geometry to the final G-code. My solutions are born out of real shop-floor problems where there is no room for half-measures.
Most tools on the market are designed for mass production and highly repetitive, high-volume runs. When a non-standard task arises—such as machining a high-lead worm on a single, universal CNC lathe—standard catalogs fall short.
I have no interest in compromises. I create tools with enhanced rigidity and unique kinematics, all of which I have personally tested under the most demanding machining conditions. Every project you see here, from the first line drawn in CAD to the registration with the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland, is my personal journey toward perfect geometry.
